Philip Tuttle qualified as a solicitor in 1978. He trained, qualified and became a partner with Wiltshires in 1981.
He is a specialist in property and business transactions and also deals with all non-contentious probate matters and the preparation of Wills.
Samantha Brannigan qualified as a solicitor in 1998. She trained and qualified with Howard Killin and Bruce and became a partner with HKB Wiltshires in 2001.
She is a specialist in Probate and Wills, including Trusts, and also deals with residential conveyancing, some commercial matters and is the firm's Licensing Specialist.
Sarah joined the firm in 2003 as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in July 2004 and becoming a partner in 2008.
She specialises in all types of property work, both residential and commercial. Dealing with properties in the local area and further afield.

Jonathan is the Partner heading our Family Team. Jonathan was born in Northern Ireland and studied law at the University of Central Lancashire. After qualifying as a Solicitor in March 1994, Jonathan has practised Family Law in Norfolk and Suffolk. Having originally trained with Wiltshire Sons & Tunbridge, Jonathan rejoined HKB Wiltshires in April 2006 and became a Partner in April 2008.
Jonathan specialises in Public Law Child Care work as well as all Private Law children matters. Jonathan is also very experienced in dealing with Divorce and Separation and the Financial and Property issues arising on relationship breakdown. Jonathan sees both private clients and those requiring public funding.
Jonathan is a member of The Law Society’s Children Panel and of Resolution, and is an Associate Member of the National Association of Guardian Ad Litem and Reporting Officers (NAGALRO).
Jonathan is based at our Great Yarmouth office but is happy to travel to see clients at our Lowestoft office.
Jonathan plays rugby and cricket and coaches both sports at junior level.
Sean studied law at the University of East Anglia. Having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2008, Sean qualified into the firm’s Civil Litigation Team in September 2010. Prior to and while studying for his legal qualifications, Sean worked in the insurance industry as a senior claims adviser and loss adjuster in London and Colchester.
Sean has gained a wide range of experience with the firm and specialises in Civil Litigation and Employment and Landlord & Tenant disputes. Sean also has experience dealing with Children Private Law disputes such as contact and residence as well as Divorce and Separation and the Financial and Property issues arising from relationship breakdown.
Sean works at the firm’s Great Yarmouth office and will travel to the firm’s Lowestoft office to meet clients.
Sean has an interest in arbitration which he plans to develop in the future.
Rachael is an experienced residential conveyancer and is a long standing member of HKB Wiltshires who has been with the firm since leaving college in 1979.
She specialises in the following -
- Freehold sales and purchases (incuding new build properties)
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- Probate sales
Mackenzie joined the firm in 2020 following completion of his Law Degree at the University of Lincoln. He then went on to complete his LPC combined with an MSc in Law and Business Management at the University of Law alongside his role at the firm.
Mackenzie has experience in Residential Conveyancing and currently works in our Wills and Probate Department at our Great Yarmouth office.
In his spare time, Mackenzie plays golf and is an avid football fan.
Chelsea is one of the firm’s property lawyers having joined the firm in 2024 after working 7 years at another local firm.
She attended Nottingham Trent university, completing her Law Degree in 2016 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2021.
She specialises in all areas of residential and commercial transactions including;
